Start with the condition
- Compare new copies with new copies first. A sealed or new retail copy should not be judged against a pre-owned listing unless you are comfortable buying used.
- Use pre-owned prices as a separate benchmark. They can be excellent value, but they may have different return windows, case condition, inserts, or platform-region notes.
- When a page shows both conditions, treat the lowest new price and the lowest pre-owned price as two different answers.
